Email Security Center

There are two major categories for email security. They require different setup and handling.

Email you send.

When you send email, do people ever tell you they didn’t receive it? Do your emails get marked as “potential spam?”

When your email is properly configured, email servers can validate that your message really came from you, and not from someone impersonating you. If you use public email services like Gmail or Yahoo mail, you have no control over these settings. But if you have your own domain and send email from yourdomain . com, you have more control.

The settings are configured as part of your domain’s DNS records. There are three settings for email validation: SPF, DMARC, and DKIM.

FIFO Cybersecurity can configure your SPF, DMARC, and DKIM settings for you.

Email you receive.

Problem: you flag an email as spam, but it doesn’t seem to work. You keep getting the same spammy emails over and over again.

There are multiple ways to address the problems caused by spam, junk, and phishing emails.

FIFO Cybersecurity can help you reduce the number of malicious emails you receive, saving you time and – perhaps – thousands of dollars, if you were to become a victim of an email scheme.
